At its discretion, the Board may invite visitors to its meetings to participate in the Board's discussion of matters on the agenda.
A reasonable period of time (which may be waived by the President of the Board) shall be set aside during the first part of each regular and special Board meeting. A limit of three (3) minutes for each speaker will be observed. All comments are expected to be respectful, relevant and timely.
Individuals wishing to address the Board of Education must submit a written request with the District Clerk no later than 10:00 a.m. on the Thursday of the week preceding the regular Board Meeting. The Request must state the nature of the presentation. Requests will be reviewed by the President to determine whether they will be placed on the agenda.
